If you have an SR621 battery, Yes it does. But not a brand name designater 621. You MUST be careful with only replacing SR621 with SR621. Check your old battery first.

Is the 5 pack 5 batteries or 25 batteries? It say multiple places there are 5 batteries per pack.

It is 5 batteries....not 5 packs of 5 ea....you can also buy a 10 pack which is just 10 batteries in the pack. Each battery has it's own blister pack and they are all attached, so you just tear each single battery pack along the dotted line to separate one at a time so the rest stay sealed. Hope that helps....
