i got sent the wrong keyboard and also needed tech support; due to my own ignorance really.the Blairtech support person SPENCER was not just helpful and knowledgeable, he was positive, productive and personable. hey, three out of three aint bad.resolved the issue in a couple of minutes and got no hassles at all.good job, you guys.

I loved the support, the wifi wasn't working and I got a new wifi in short time, love companies that that care of customers!!

I was very disappointed with UPS handling of this package, as well as the lack of proper packing materials.However I knew what I was getting into. I just wanted a newer cheap build to augment my retro gaming hobby. If this was not something that I had essentially bought for parts, I would have sent it back.The parts are as advertised and it seems as though the build was solid when it was shipped.I’m amused by the Spanish keyboard.

I bought this PC to share with my brother in the beginning of 2023. It worked perfectly. The WiFi dongle ended up breaking 5 or 6 months in and I ended up needing to buy a new one.When we both left for college in at the end of 2024, we decided to buy another one so that we can play games together. However, when we set up the 2nd one, it didn’t work at all. It did not come with an HDMI cable so we had to buy one separately. Also, I noticed when the WiFi dongle was plugged in, the PC would freeze. When it was not plugged in, the PC would run like normal so I bought another WiFi dongle. After that, it seemed to run normal but only a day in, the PC started to freeze and auto restart multiple times in a row. Every once in a while it works fine but it has the occasional issues that out first one didn’t have.I’m not sure why the 2nd didn’t work the same as the first but I’m thinking about returning this and getting a different one if the issues persists.

Out of the box I got this warning when booting up: This computer has both a display port monitor attached and a card installed in the PCI-Expresse slot one. This configuration is not supported. Please remove the PCI-Expresse card or disconnect the display port monitor. When trying to run the Nvidia display program it told me I was not using an Nvidia GPU. I have tried updating the driver from Nvidia website and still no go. I have tried disabling the PCI card no go. I have tried to chat with the company that sold me the computer and no contact because chat only works 9-5 M-F.

Good deal and buying renewed good for environment. This will work well if you have a child into say Roblox and Minecraft.

Item was as described. Easy to set up and runs perfectly. As with a lot of other customers, I did NOT receive the wifi module and the 500gb had was not partitioned correctly and had some random files on the 12gb partition. I tried calling Blair Tech and had to leave a message. Still no response. Also sent a message to seller via Amazon app. Also, no response. Will update if I ever get a response.Update: I never got a response, so I needed to order a wifi adapter on my own..
