Fast. Sleek. Gets it done.
These are my go-to USB flash drives lately. We recently underwent a project to upgrade 90 computers to Windows 10 over a 3-day weekend and I knew I needed reliable flash drives for the task. We burned our Windows ISO onto 15 of these flash drives (some BIOS, most UEFI) and rolled in to get the job done. The drives are fast when it comes to both reading and writing. We didn't have any of them fail and I have continued to use them and update them for several months with none of the drives failing or giving me errors. Very happy with this purchase.

These drives are EXCELLENT and they are made by THE TOP BRAND!!!! I NEVER buy other than SanDisk!!!
These drives are EXCELLENT and they are made by THE TOP BRAND!!!! I NEVER EVER buy anything other than SanDisk!!! I LOVE THIS BRAND and i will NEVER EVER buy any other brand!! 1. BEWARE of FAKE brands that try to use names that sound similar to SanDisk like something S-Disk or whatever ... they are also being sold here on Amazon. KNOW THE FAKES from the REAL DEAL. 2. One problem i have with these is that they do not work on my new Sabrent 10-port 60W USB 3.x hub. This may be because either the drives are newer or older than the hub is. Incompatible after a while because 1 of these drives DID work 1 time on that same hub. Then after a while of using it, the drive would no longer register on the USB bus and i had to plug it directly into my machine ports instead of the hub. THIS IS OKAY, it is just not perfect. It may be the fault of my hub (a Sabrent brand which i also love) and i am not really too upset at this. IT MAY ALSO be bad USB 3.0 drivers since my motherboard is now 10 years old. THIS IS ALSO OKAY. Just try to use these drives on a newer 3.1 port bus and you should be totally fine. THEIR PERFORMANCE on file copies is VERY FAST on a true USB 3.x port!!! I LOVE THEM!! 3. Another bad caveat is they come in the packages as already formatted in vFAT 2.0 format. THIS IS VERY BAD. YOU WILL want to re-format them before use, using ExFAT format instead (or if you are a Linux or Mac fan, some other good format like XFS, HPFS, ext4, or likewise). I WOULD NEVER FORMAT these or any key drive as NTFS because then you just end up with weird security and ownership/permission issues. ExFAT format is best for Windows users because it allows you to use the ENTIRE FORMATTED size of the drive. WHATEVER SanDisk was thinking when they shipped these out already formatted with VFAT was KINDA STUPID. THAT IS THE ONLY FLAW with these drives! REFORMAT THEM before you use them, with ExFAT format, and you will be one very happy customer!!!

Long lasting
I use 100’s of these drives in our production line. We’ve purchased all sorts and brands. Our techs like the ergonomics and reliability of these. It seems that the metal flash drives help dissipate the heat of the flash chips better.

Drives Are Good, Software Is Outdated And Unsupported.
The drives are fine and work well (you'll get about 3-10MB per second transfers if you're moving lots of small files, images etc). The Sandisk Secure Access software (new versions are called sandisk private access) they come with is outdated. Its an old version that is insecure. It will NOT update, and there is no download for the newer versions online. Don't buy it for the software. Knocking it a star because of that. Also these drives cannot store files larger than 5GB, unless you format them. So keep that in mind.

Best USB drives, best supplier
These guys are my go-tos for USB drives. I record video during product demonstrations and give these USB drives to our sales reps or directly to our customers. For video, these drives are fast and have good capacity, but they are also good for general purpose use. And you can't beat the price!

Very Slow reads and writes
I normally love SanDisk products, but... If you're not in a big hurry or are just writing something once only, these are probably fine for you. If you are writing and rewriting large amounts of small files these are too slow to be efficient. I bought 2 "five packs" of these I opened the first, found they were no where near USB3.0 spec speeds (or even 2.0 for that matter) and sent the other back. Consider your need. If you are putting some pictures or songs on these and can leave it copying while you do other things and then just use the drive with what you stored on it, These might work for you. If you are using these in business, look for something else. 5 drives came with only 2 lanyards, ???
