how long do the eyes stay after using? Did anyone look in magnifying mirror 4-6 hours after use to see if hydration actually lasts?

Don’t know. When I use them the brightness lasts all day. Everyone’s skin will be different.

Is it 60 pair or 60 total?

I'm not sure but I believe it is 60 pair. I stopped using them because I didn't see that they made any difference in my dark undereye circles.

What is the difference between these and the green cucumber eye patches? Which is better for the eye "bags"?

Sorry, Dawn, I can't know the difference because I don't know what the "green cucumber eye patches" are, but I can speak for the PTR24K patches that I purchased and they are very effective on puffiness and soothing to the eye area. They are super easy and convenient to use, too! Worth the investment for sure. I HAVE tried chilled cucumber slices on my eyes but other than the soothing affect, I saw no significant decrease in puffiness.
