Kinsey's Archery Zeiss Terra ED 8x42 Binoculars for Hunting, Birdwatching, Outdoor, Traveling

I purchased a pair of binoculars 4 years ago and cost me less than £100.00 but unfortunately someone stole them. I thought, from the reviews, that these would be superior as the cost is more than 3 times the price. I was viewing birds from about 200m and could barely identify them. My previous ones were similar. So pay less view the same

Superb German design and manufactured to an equally high standard. The most important criteria, the picture quality, is what you would expect from a Zeiss product. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Made for Zeiss in China, the bino: was fine however the one piece lens cover held in place with bungy cords was terrible, the cords were removed, the cover stays on with friction and gets thrown in the case when bino: is in use . The case is a clamshell with a zip all the way around, it does not open far enough to get the bino: in with out a struggle. I ordered the standard after market regular case that Zeiss sells for the 42mm Terra and Conquest, much better and with a shoulder strap instead of a loop for a Carabiner.One star deducted because of that.

Ce que j’aime de ces jumelles c’est sa clarté et sa précision. Le 8x42 est amplement suffisant pour l’observation rapide des oiseaux. Son poids est acceptable, peut-être que la compagnie devrait procéder à des recherches afin de réduire son poids.Quand vous marchez et que les jumelles sont au cou, après quelques heures le poids est présent.Pierre
