EXCELLENT After 3 months of use ,, the printer is really good, I just wanted to add small tip , if you have encountered any fading print out, or un clear images , and your toner is full or not empty, the reason behind this is some dirt on the drum , it is very easy to take out the drum unit and clean it with soft cloth just be careful , dont panic , its not the toner or dont buy new drum unit immediately, just clean the old one, since its located under the 4 toner cartridges , some of the ink may fall down while using on the drum surface, that all ✌

Very happy with the product, a bit slow to be ready to prin (has t warm up for a few seconds) but quality is good.

after 1600 copy of printing , we bought it since 6 month!! unacceptable

Suitable for office work.. I don't recommend it for home use.

I ordered the printer along with the toners in October 2024. Today is 17 January 2025, and the black toner is already running out. I'm certain I haven't even printed 100 pages. The rest of the printer functions are fine, but I’m very disappointed with the toner lifespan—it doesn’t match the expected performance.

The printer functions as a basic printer; it does the job. But for some reason HP forces you to create an account and sign in their app in order to scan documents (but not to copy documents) even when you are just saving the scans locally. Aside from being a potential invasion of privacy, that's just lame. There's no reason to make it that way. Pass and get a printer that doesn't require you to create users accounts just to do basic functions.

Stampante ottima, molto rapida e silenziosa. Facile da installare per chi ha un minimo di basi. Sono rimasto un po' perplesso da Amazon Warehouse.... è stato il mio primo acquisto in questa categoria. Ho acquistato la stampante ad un ottimo prezzo, la mia era dichiarata "come nuova, solo scatola aperta" ed effettivamente così è stato. La cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso sono stati i tempi di consegna. sono Cliente Amazon da più di 5 anni, sempre estremamente soddisfatto del servizio, per la prima volta in un lustro ho pagato l'oggetto prima che fosse spedito! Trovo l'evento molto strano in quanto essendo un oggetto usato e già stato valutato, dovrebbe già essere nel magazzino Warehouse. Invece ci sono voluti più di 3 settimane per spedire la stampante, (Ho chiesto perché non la spedivano ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta) Caspisco le problematiche Covid, ma sembra un po' troppo. Non nascondo che già guardavo con diffidenza i prodotti usati, questa esperienza non mi ha aiutato. Probabilmente darò in futuro un'altra possibilità a Warehouse.... ma se avrò un servizio simile sarà anche l'ultima.

I have tried to set up this printer - we had previously owned this exact same printer. Can’t get it to sync up with our WiFi and have had no success with the seller in making this happen. Very disappointed as we liked the first printer.

Achat pour utilisation personnelle. installation intuitive et rapide. très bonne qualité d'impression. imprimante assez compacte mais lourde un seul bémol : le transporteur GLS qui mérite le bonnet d'âne : Aucune information quant à la date de livraison, imprimante laissée devant la porte d'un appartement et appelle ensuite pour informer que le colis est déposé.

Bad quality and support service Less than a year using this printer with one paper jam and the printer no longer able to print any more. Since it is still under garantee, I contact the support service, they sent a "new" one that after the first print it have the same problem: paper jam and the printer broken. When sharing this printer series number to the support service, it turned out the printer was sent is even older printer than the one I have, this is also a broken printer, not new at all. Contact them again about this problem, they sent another " new" printer with already being used, ink is everywhere in this " new" printer when I received it. The printer can print now but unevent ink and it sounds like there is a BIG bee trapped inside it. Now I have 2 broken printers and a half working printer with print out only color on top of the paper Really disappointed customer
