No serious issues. However, customers need to be aware that potassium citrate can lower blood pressure. Mine runs low anyway so I ended up giving it to a sibling who does better with it.

Thorne is a brand my Nutritionist recommends, Pattern has been a reliable Seller that I've trusted for several years, and Shipping by Amazon means I don't have to deal with OTHER Shippers (which has been an issue for me).I've used the product daily to help balance minerals, especially after assessing that I was having symptoms of low potassium levels.

These capsules are smaller than ones I am used to taking. They seem to help based upon my last blood screening.

Small capsule and easy to swallow. Thorne is always reliable.

When I started taking this I had some hip and knee pain. The fact that is works for the heart and Cellular damage which I am sure I have at my age 62 I believe has helped me. I researched the ingredients before I purchased this product and knew it was a fit for my body. I have been taking it for a month now and I can go upstairs without any pain. I decided to continue with this product for a while BUT I went to Thorne website and purchased the revised update formula. The Nicotinamide and the Trans-Resveracel mg has increased and since its within the safety amount I went with the higher mg.
