Google Nest Temperature Sensor 3-Pack With Bluetooth White T5001SF

Got mine T5000SF, successfully hooked it up to Nest application (Android) and ... no connection to thermostat (Nest Learning 3rd gen). As seen on reddit: 1 - Remove batteries from all temp sensors 2 - Reset thermostat: go into Settings > Reset > Network/WWN Connection 3 - Remove sensors and thermostat from Nest app, reboot phone (just in case) 4 - Re-install batteries to all temp sensors 5 - Add thermostat back to Nest app (you might need to get a QR from the back of the device - just pull it straight off the wall towards you). Follow app prompts. Go into thermostat Nest app section to get 6-character code to allow pairing to your phone. 6 - Once thermostat is added into Nest app - proceed to scan temp sensors QRs. And NOW temp sensors will successfully connect to thermostat. 7 - Done. Everything should be connected.

Doesn't work in the UAE. Trying to add it via the Nest App shows that the thermostat needs a software update even though the thermostat is at the latest version. Searching on Nest Community forums reveals that this sensor only works in the US and Canada. If you really need multi-room sensors for your smart thermostat don't buy Nest. Ecobee would be a better choice. I regret buying the Nest one....

Excellent unit to connect with Google Nest Gen 2. App works great with easy to connect to Home with no wiring. Easy to control via Nest app on phone or tablet. Good value for the money when buy them in packs instead if single unit. Extra unit through out the home gave precisely temperature control and save on Heating cost.

No Software available in UK to support using these Sensors. So Sensors are useless in the UK

This product is not supported in the UK, it will only work in the US. After a lengthy telephone conversation with the Google Nest Customer support and many transfers to the correct engineers it was identified that this product has no software support in this country. Basically it does not work in the UK and cannot be linked to the Nest products.

This is the most worthless purchase I have ever made! Apparently it's not compatible for use in the UK or Europe! I live in the UK, so I can't use them. Not told any of this when we bought them. How can something be sold in the UK that doesn't work in the UK? Very confused and angry. Waste of money and time!!
