How warm to these keep your hands?

Somewhat decent. It depends on what you're talking about as far as cold I can ride all day with them on if it's 30 something degrees out in my hands will not get cold. But you have to think on the fingers and the tips are air holes yeah they're about the size of a needle. However obviously they're made for air to get through but I would highly recommend them actually I literally took them off about 5 minutes ago because I was just out on my bike and I live in New Hampshire and it just snowed this morning. They're very good gloves. And affordable.
