Far less "garlicky" than I expected
For some reason, this garlic powder leaves me feeling underwhelmed. The aroma is too subtle to be appreciated and the sense of garlic is far weaker than I expected. If you're looking for a mild garlic effect, then this product works well. But, if you need a stronger hint of garlic, I suggest the Bayan garlic granules.Another friend also commented to me that the powder ends up clumping and becomes unusable soon. However, this is easily avoided by storing this product in the refrigerator (as all dried garlic products should be). In terms of clumping, I have faced no issues. I just find the product too mild for my liking.
