I started taking these vitamins after my bariatric surgery in December of 2023. According to my bloodwork, these vitamins keep my levels up to standards & where my doctor likes them to be. I take 2 a day - 1 in the morning & 1 in the evening. They have a berry taste & are a little chalky, but only take a few minutes to dissolve in my mouth.

They are the easiest pill you take.

I am a gastric Bypass patient and these are a little chalky to the taste but Works great, Keeps my iron level up

I bought these in an effort to stick to my multivitamin intake. Capsules sometimes did not sit well in my stomach and I would find it difficult to stick to them. I tried these and they were actually pretty good! Does not dissolve as fast so I chewed on mine and it actually tasted better when I chewed vs waiting for it to dissolve. No after taste and easy on my stomach which is a plus. No water needed to it will be easy for me to stick to it as I can just pop one in and go…

These are rather large, in my experience they do not dissolve fast, I have to chew them like an antacid. The flavor is ok, but after a while it gets hard to choke down. Also if you're newly postop and trying to take these for their dissolving properties, you may have dry mouth and it makes these even more difficult to take.

These are great! Definitely get them. They taste great and dissolve making absorbing better

Why? Mannitol is a fake sugar and it upsets stomachs/bowels, etc. I was surprised to see it listed in the ingredients but I now know why I have CONSTANT loose stools and gas.On the plus side, I’m no longer anemic after one bottle of them.
