It's not firm enough for my needs, but would recommend for recreational cyclists.
As an active cyclist, this does not have the support I need.It works well on recreational rides, but bounces around when the speed increases an the terrain becomes rough :(

Useful but avoid
This may look functional and useful but be very careful! You phone is absorbing a lot of vibration and smacks from minor jumps.Had to repair my phone’s camera because something broke internally.
