KYB554355 Gas-a-Just Gas Shock

I got these for my 2012 mustang gt. Good fit, had all the hardware, rides good. KYB it's were its at.

Installation was straight forward, took about an hour and has improved the ride quality. Replaced shocks had started to leak. Mechanic wanted $500 to replace, if you have a floor jack and some wrenches (impact wrench makes even easier) do it yourself.

My particular vehicle is lowered so the ride quality is no different with these shocks - most all lowered vehicles ride stiff and firm so do not expect a 'softer' ride. Handling is marginally better then OEM so all in all just a slight upgrade over factory and for a decent price. Install is easy with common tools. Included hardware is a big plus.

I installed these on my 2009 Mustang GT with a set of 1.5" lowering springs. The damping response is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend these. Handling is amazing along with a nice plush ride. Not too stiff and not too soft.

Installed on a 2013 mustang. Car handled amazing. These sucks hold the car to the road very well. Just make sure you have the proper tool to remove the top nut.

Only have them on for a short while, but getting a great ride. Glad I made the decision to replace my original one.
