Bioesque Advanced Odor & Stain Remover with Enzymes, 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I have ONE cat who insists on marking on my butler’s pantry floor! I was at wits end with it, having tried thousands of dollars worth of products trying to eliminate the odor and get him to stop marking. The other products were ok but nothing was completely removing the smell. (I got down in all fours and put my nose on the floor even.) This took multiple heavy applications and days of letting it completely air dry but it worked!As for the scent of the product… I don’t find it unpleasant at all. It does linger and is a somewhat men’s cologne ish scent? Anyhow, it’s fine to me.I haven’t tried it for any other purpose yet but plan to clean my toilets and around their bases with it. My husband is partially blind so there are messes.I’m so thankful to have found something that works. I’d about given myself an ulcer over the whole situation.

Cleaned my shower well without having to scrub hardly at all. Says it’s safe for rvs, and that’s why I got it. I use it to clean my toilet as well. Which it does a decent job, but the toilet is starting to get discolored from use, I was hoping it would eliminate that, but did not, but I think it looks better than it did. I definitely recommend using it for mold in the shower.

Tried to fix the spray sprayer that trigger and it doesn’t work at all. It just won’t spray and I tried removing the hose inside and putting it back in and it just I worked with it for probably an hour trying to get it to work and it’s just super poor quality.

Works well on my new puppy stains.

I live in an urban area without easy access to greenspace. My patio is concrete with a big drain so my dogs often take potty breaks out there and I go behind them to hose it off into the drain. Even with this, the smell of urine, in particular, will build up. A hot day will bring it out even worse. Mostly that's coming from what stagnated in the drain. But, I have a male dog who lifts his leg on the brick wall, the fabric of my grill cover, and the legs of my furniture. So, I've applied this and it kills the smell. I will pour some directly into the drain to kill the smell in there. And it lasts until it's washed away, which happens frequently so I apply it nearly every time the dogs do their business. Does a good job keep things under control. Best part - there is no strong or overpowering fragrance that would be used to mask odor and be unpleasant on its own. I noticed not real fragrance at all when used outside.

Did not hear about this company prior to obtaining this product, but wanted to try something new for tough stains.I used this on some cat vomit on the rug and it worked out fine. Just leave it for a few, and clean up.I also used this spray in the following places:SLOP SINK - this has become a nightmare for us, as the kids use it for their leftover paints and bubble machines. It was stained pretty bad, but I was able to get up the first layer or so using this spray and a scrub brush. This needed some elbow grease.DOORS around the door handle - just general coming in and out of the house (especially the mud room), you'll have general smudges and discoloring. This did a decent job of getting rid of the darker spots on a white door.SLIDING DOOR TRACKS - used this to get all of the grime out of the door tracks for our backyard sliding door. Turned the tracks white again and our cloth was black from all the dirt we tracked in.WALL IN MUDROOM - we have our small garbage can and recycling box in the mudroom. It didn't do the best job cleaning all of the food stains (from tossing trash and recyclables into the bins), but it did get rid of most of them.Overall, this will get rid of stains, however, I really am not a fan of the smell. I can't pinpoint it, but it just has that chemical smell that doesn't "deodorize" in my opinion.

Didn't clean stains of a toilet

This stuff works great! It has a nice, neutral scent, and didn't discolor the carpet at all. We've got a pair of cats who are prone to throwing up - and of course they like to do so on the carpet rather than the tile! This cleans up any odor and discoloration with ease.Since the bottle indicated it worked on trash can odors, I also tried it out in our big (and rather smelly) trash bin. Wow! It made a huge difference, and I didn't even use that much. There's still a very faint odor, but nothing like it was - it used to make my eyes water!I like that the bottle came sealed with the spray nozzle separate, which ensured nothing leaked in transit. The nozzle has two modes, a stream and a wider spray (as well as the ability to lock it closed), though the indicators are a little hard to see. It's helpful to have the two different spray options. It's a nice size too at 32 fluid ounces, and will last a good long time.
