I love acrylic things like pedestals, tables, & frames. So when my original acrylic book holder broke (my husband sat something heavy on it by accident) I knew right away that I wanted to replace it. This one arrived quickly, the price was fine, and seems sturdy. Our David Shrigley art book is the 1st one we've put on it and leave the book open to a different funny page every day. I like how this stand would work in most any room in our home - blending with the different decor styles and themes. Happy with this purchase!

No angle to it! Book lies flat on it. A degree or two of an angle would make it so much more pleasant to view, whether standing or sitting.
