whys does some say it has a bait clicker and some people say it don’t

Great question i know mine don't have the clicker from my understanding the bait clicker was on the old stock they no longer have if u want a bait caster with a clicker I know the kasptan 300 has the clicker

No, the reel does not come with line. Typically when you buy individual reels they do not come with line. This allows for you as the owner to put on whichever line type, color, and weight/strength you prefer such as mono, flouro, or braided. Usually the only reels that come with line already on them are when you purchase a rod/reel ready to fish combo. Putting line on a reel is pretty simple and there are plenty of YouTube videos that can show you how to do it.
