There is no wasted packaging or materials that go into a landfill. The design and packaging of the mat gets an A+. The quality starts right from the packaging and the mat alone is so soft and flexible. Definitely something that is built to last and something you want to sit on. I didn’t realize it would be so comfy. It’s super easy to roll up and out away. It took me about 2 minutes the first time. The set up instructions were so simple and so easy to follow and one one small sheet of paper. There are a couple steps to set up and you won’t need them again. It’s that simple. It’s almost so simple you wonder how something like this can work? IFound myself going back to the website because I wanted to read more about the key facts of the mat. I am so glad that I did because it’s something so simple that gives you a lot of benefit. I am just a normal mom in her 40’s and I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and the first time I laid down on the mat, I could feel my body just slowing down and relaxing. The Earth and Moon grounding mat was delivered very quickly to my home. It came in secure packaging and when I opened up the package, the mat was in a gorgeous matte black tube with the Earth and Moon logo. After opening the tube, I unfurled the mat and laid out the accessories. I loved reading through the 30 day grounding workbook and felt it gave a good background on how to use and get the most out of the mat.The mat was a great size and it felt very durable and well made. The quality of the mat was higher than others I have tried, it was super soft to the touch and very comfortable to use. The set up was quick and easy and I could get started grounding right away and during downtime throughout my busy work schedule.I would definitely recommend this grounding mat to anyone wanting to connect with themselves, improve their sleep, decrease stress levels and recuperate after a long day. I felt energized after using the Earth and Moon grounding mat and will continue to use it, especially in winter months when it is more difficult for me to get outside and grounded in nature.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to take a chance on this Grounding Mat. Honestly, I was expecting I would return it, but man was I wrong. A friend of mine has been telling me about the principals of Grounding and how much it helped improve his life. And after months of him trying to convince me to give it a try I decided to give it a go.So I did a little bit of my own research and decided to pick this one up. When it arrived I surprised at how easy it was to setup. No complicated instructions or anything. Just simply plug it into a plug that is grounded and place your feet or a part of your body that is uncovered on it.The quality of the mat is nice and feels good on my feet. Folds easily and isn't too big which I like. I wasn't expecting much just because I was still unsure about Grounding, but within moments, as soon as I stepped on it I could "feel" a slight tingering in my feet. Maybe it was just all in my head, but it was the littlest of sensentions. It felt nice.I placed it on the floor while I sat on the couch and sure enough, after about 25 minutes I just felt very relaxed. My muscles felt relaxed, I felt relaxed and a nasty headache I had seemed to vanish. Now I don't feel comfortable saying it was the Mat because it could have just went away on it's own, but sure enough, my body felt great, my headache was gone and my anxiety which I've had for years seemed to just fade away.And sure enough, when I would get off the mat I still felt great, but not as great. But the moment I went back to it I felt that same feeling of wellbeing come over me again. Now I know from my own research it can take time to really build up the "energy" so I just continued using it over the next few weeks and I got to say, I'm becoming a believer in Grounding.I've never felt so relaxed. I'm sleeping better, my thoughts aren't running all over the place. My muscles feel relaxed and my stress level has easily gone from an 8 to 5 which is a huge reduction for me. During this time the Mat has stayed clean and when I'm done with it I just roll it up. Very easy to use and simple.The nice thing about doing Grounding with this mat is it doesn't require me to change my routine or go out of my way to try something. I just incorporate it with things I'm normally doing such as watching TV, using the computer and more. I haven't had an issue with this grounding mat and enjoying it. I'm going to continue with Grounding and see where this leads, but glad my friend recommended it and mat to me.
