Blum 71T655180 Face Frame Hinge, Two Pair, 170 Degree

Work as advertised. Now I can open up the door wide enough to easily do the laundry.

Exactly what was needed to fix a broken hinge on a Lazy Susan door. Tried to find the hinge at a large hardware store but this is one model they didn't carry. Decided to order two pair to have the same hinge on top and bottom of the door. When the package arrived there were four hinges, not two! Thought one hinge was considered a pair since there are two parts, hinge and plate.The package only came with four loose screws but decided to use the screws from the old hinges. Everything lined up perfectly even though the Blum hinge was different from the original. There were no instructions and the old hinge plates were removed. Installed the plates backwards the first time since I didn't come back to the site to review the picture. Swapped the plates around and the hinges snapped on easily. Was able to install the door alone due to the separate hinge and plate design.The quality of the Blum hinges seem very good. Feels like they will last a long time. The Lazy Susan door works better than it has in years!

These hinges worked perfect to replace discontinued Mepla Hinge 698.243.59.00. I had to drill new screw holes for both door and the cabinet frame but the old ones are hidden and you can't see them when the door is closed. The listing states that there are directions on how to adjust the overlay but that was not the case. It did come with all of the screws needed. I wasn't really sure of what the 170 degrees referenced until I installed them. The door opens up much more than before and it is so much easier to access the cabinet. Also, I misread the listing and thought I was going to get two hinges but instead received two pairs! More than I needed but a good value for the money.

I bought these hinges to work with another set that I had to complete the installation of several doors. The only issue I had with the hinges is that the instructions, which were promised in the description, we’re not included-thus, it took a while to figure out how to adjust the setback. Otherwise these worked perfectly.

This hinge was purchased to allow for easier access to a spice cabinet by allowing the door to swing wider than the usual 105 degree standard euro hinge. Unfortunately, the mounting plate for the 35 mm cup was too large to mount on my door and I couldn't use the hinge. I had incorrectly assumed it would fit the standard footprint so it was my mistake not Blum's. I'll probably use these hinges elsewhere in the kitchen and it was clear from my working with them that they are very high quality and ruggedly built.

It took about 10 minutes to replace the hinges. I have never install these before but was able to figure out hoe to use the installed brackets with the new hinges and did not need to drill new holes. So most of the time was spent figuring out how to unsnap the bracket that came on the hinge.

These 170-degree Blum hinges look super sturdy and solid, and they are very easy to install. The best part is that the hinge plates can be clipped on to the hinge body so you don't have to hold the heavy cabinet door when installing them. Just measure, screw in the parts, and clip, clip from top-down then you are done!The instruction in the bag is a little simple for the first timers but you can quickly figure it out by watching some YouTube videos.
