Stopped working and won't get a refund or replacement from kexibook who told me Amazon will deal with the refund or replacement and can't get hold on to anyone at customer services saying the 30 day period has expired

Love this robot, he is robust and has lots of features. My daughter wanted a robot for ages, so got Powerman max for her birthday, she was thrilled and absolutely petrified, she wouldn’t have him switched on for four days after which she became brave and now loves playing with him! My only gripe is that even on low volume he is pretty loud. He moves better on a wood floor but can move on carpet too (just not as well). I’d say he is value for money & kids will love it (eventually!)

Product arrived and was given to my son as a gift for his birthday. He absolutely loved it! Unfortunately after only 1 day, it stopped working. We tried changing to new batteries but this didn’t work.I contacted seller and requested a replacement. I have not received it yet but it has been dispatched already and I gave 30 days the return my other. Service has been great and I’m hoping it was just a faulty item originally received.Prior to breaking, all functions operated exactly as described and over all the robot was fun, stable and fairly easy for younger kids to navigate.

Did lots of research on robots for 8 year olds Christmas gift. Really pleased with this toy. It’s great value for money. The animal quiz kept us all entertained over lunch. Recommended

Very poor quality product. Doesn't move at all on the thinnest of carpets, its very showing that on one of the online promotional videos its only on hardwood flooring. The head doesn't turn properly and makes an awful clicking noise, from the other reviews i've read (on different websites) this is a common issue. Common enough in fact that they tell you how to "fix it" in the instructions. The fix doesn't work and im left with one over priced lump of plastic. I am sending this back , so buyer beware, I hope you get a good unit, but if you haven't bought it yet id look elsewhere to avoid an upset 5 year old

The toy seems to be fantastic, it clearly states bilingual however we are unable to change it from French to English. It only seems to talk in French.If you can’t change there needs to be a preferred language on purchase.Other than that, it looks great, has some interesting features and value for money.

Bought this for my 4yr old grandson for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Especially firing the discs! Just make sure it's not facing washing machine or other appliance where they could get lost underneath. The discs are soft enough not to do any damage though.

Brought for my robot mad 3 year old a lot of features and really sturdy. I brought this and the bigger version and both have amazing quality. When idle it calls out if anyone is there and if it’s still not touched will say bye and turn off, nice little effect saves batteries and if it’s knocked in the toy box I know it will soon turn off no need to search for it
