Pet MD Topical Wipes for Cleansing - with Aloe for Cats and Dogs - 50 Count

Amazing for hot spots! My dogs get hot spots in the summer, these wipes help clear it up so fast. The wipes make it so easy to use and target the affected area. Works for cats as well! Would definitely recommend!

I like these wipes better than the Douxo brand - these wipes are thinner & more wet, perfect for my intended usage. I'm using them for my girl Pug's juvenile vulvar area (meaning her vulva never descended as she aged & it's inside a little loose fold of skin). She had a horrible UTI & it cost almost $4000 to clear it up. No antibiotic worked (tried 4), so after 3 urine cultures showing antibiotic-resistant bacteria of all kinds, my vet brought out the big guns & that super strong antibiotic caused her to go into renal failure. She really needs a hoo-hoo lift (to get rid of the pocket of skin her vulva is residing in), but she's not a good candidate for surgery due to lung issues. I got these wipes as a last resort, thinking that I could wipe that whole area every night & hoping - PRAYING - that they would keep the area clean of bacteria & yeast. Well, so far, they are working fabulously! I've had her urine tested 3x since the "incident" & these are keeping her UTI free! I'm so grateful, because we thought we were going to lose her & I don't know that she'd live through another bout of that. These wipes are thin, perfectly wet, pleasingly scented & do EXACTLY what they say they are going to do. With 50 in the jar, they are a better deal than the Douxo brand as well. I have cuts all over my hands & these do NOT sting my raw skin, so I know they aren't uncomfortable for her sensitive area. I've used them on my Frenchie's face folds, too. They don't bother the skin at all & clear up any redness or irritation fast.****Update 8/26/2017: Still UTI free so far, only thing I've added is Cranberry D-Mannose Urinary Support found here on Amazon (follow this link: https://www.amazon.com/Cranberry-DMannose-Urinary-Tract-Support/dp/B00FPZFNBQ/ref=sr_1_11?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1503802959&sr=1-11&keywords=cranberry+supplement+for+dogs), as the D-Mannose changes the lining of the bladder, not allowing the bacteria to embed into the bladder wall. I place a single pad on a cotton round to clean my English Bulldog’s wrinkles. They are a perfect size, and seem effective. The reason for only 4 stars is that they have a medicated scent that he hates! If they’d come scent free, he be more likely to to cooperate!

I was looking for more cost-effective version of the chlorhexidine wipes that I get from the veterinary office. I stumbled across these and decided to give them a try. They seem to be just as effective as the ones that I get from the veterinary office. They do not have a weird smell to them and the dog does not seem bothered when I use them. I use them for my coonhound that gets lip fold dermatitis. I clean the area really well with the wipe and apply a thin layer of medicated ointment. It seems to be very effective. I am able to get away with using one wipe at a time. I just flip it over and use the opposite side. They tend to have a lot of of the liquid on them, so a little goes along way.

Works great for our dog’s sensitive skin and allergy. But little pricy.

These wipes are great for cleaning hotspots & fungle issues on the top of my pitbulls knuckles on the tops of her paws , the vets cannot figure out the issue 300$ later. The combination of a steroid. She got knots or Or calluses on tops of her paws. So We will be using these and wiping the tops of her feet. Overtime, I will update to see and show Before & After pictures if the these will do the job or not and cure the problem. The problem that no one is sure what it is yet. Even did a skin scrape and could not figure it out. We've tried everything else You could name. This is pretty much The last thing we have not tried yet. I will update with pictures. It's worth trying & it's at a Phenomenal price compared to the vets!! price. They wanted 56$ for these same thing. Thank you to the company for making use available for people that cant afford crazy outrageous prices. I will update with pictures if we notice any difference In a week's time. Good or bad I will sho. But for right now I will show it before using this product /pictures before using them. An update in a week and see if there's any improvement. I will use these wipes as directed a few times a day. Prayers for our aging twelve-year-old pittbull. She used to be someone's bait dog in NC. I rescued her. I prayed for a dog As our old house got foreclosed and we had to start over. I had to give all of my pugs away. My /our fur babies, they went to To good homes. I could not care for them properly. God sent her to me when she was about 1-year-old She just showed up out of the blue when we lived in the country.nOne day I'll beat up. She's one of the best dogs I've ever own sweet & loving and loyal. I pray that these pads work for her feet.

It's pricey for the size. I'm not sure if these even helped my dog's itchy patch. They are very small and super-thin, and it's hard to get just one at a time.
