I’ve been wanting a punching bag for years. I finally decided on this one. So far I’m very happy with it. I’ve got it about 3/4 of the way filled with sand. It is on carpet, so I put an exercise mat underneath it. The suction cups work great on the mat, however, the exercise mat comes up a little bit when I hit it hard. So I put a couple of weights on the exercise mat in the corners which makes the world of a difference. So excited to have this in my home gym.

Quick shipment. Order said it would take a week and a half to arrive, it was here in 3 days. Some slight damage on the bag's box, but no damage to the product. Looks nice, went together easily. Solid even with no sand or water in the base, just using the suction cups on a smooth concrete floor until I can get sand. Instructions are in broken english, which is really baffling in the day and age, but can still be figured out. Recommend not using the tiny stamped 12mm wrench that comes with the product and using a proper box end wrench. Gloves are decent, I have giant hands and they fit well. I have Parkinson's and boxing is good exercise to to improve symptoms.

Very good product! I took the lazy route and just filled the base with water instead of sand, so there is some spillage with every punch for the first few sessions, but after it empties out a little it's fine. Set up the whole thing in less than 20 minutes and started using right away.

I've had this bag for nearly a year. It works great and is still in great shape. I'm 6'1", 185 lbs and hit fairly hard. I use the bag for traditional boxing as well as kick boxing. I filled the base with sand and used the suction cups to hold to my slick garage floor. Works great! I can hit and kick as hard as I want with total stability. I like the floor mount better than hanging because I can work out hard without a bag holder. Would definitely buy again but won need to because it's still in perfect shape. 10/10

Good quality and sturdy. The hardness of the bag is just right for a strong punch, and a little bounce-back helps protect my wrists from getting hurt. I think this bag can last for many years.

Very nice punching bag for the price. Should be ready to throw hands on a budget in no time.The directions pretty much tell you how to avoid what happened to the people who gave bad reviews. To fix the leaking issue they recommend filling the water 5cm below the plug. And suggest using sand instead of water. Most likely because it’s heavier, won’t leak, and won’t have to be changed to prevent issues that come with standing water.I’d recommend not using the suction cups on a laminate floor. I felt the boards lift under my feet…. So the suction cups work too.

Do not fill with water. Ignore that instruction you need to spend more for bags of sand, with only suction cups, a single punch sent it against my wall at a high speed. If I could spend the money for it and quickly assemble it and be done. Perfect, however, spending an additional 40+ dollars for bags of sand is just annoying, the cap they use for the base is weak and cheap, if filled with 2-3 50lbs bags of sand, it will hold well-ish, plus suction to keep it a little more rooted and it can handle real punches, I'm not weak but I'm not that strong, if I can topple this with a simple kick or punch, it's just not that good
