(5.8 g) Pectin 4 gr. (0.268 g) INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Glycerin, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Flavor, FD & C Red #40. STORAGE: Store at a temperature between 15° - 30°C (59° - 86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.

What is the shelf life after opened?

I have no idea what the stated shelflife is but if you keep it at a normal temperature with the lid on tight it works perfectly well for years
