Personal Alarms with LED Flashlight

Fortunately I haven't had to use this yet, but tested it out indoors and the alarm is incredibly loud and made me jump. The flashing light is a good bonus too. I'm sure this would scare off anyone who might be trying to frighten you. Would recommend.

It has accidentally gone off a couple of times while in my bag and once I had a lot of trouble trying to remember how to turn it off!!! Otherwise it’s good. Bulky but nice design and colour. Good volume.

Been using this as a torch since I moved 3 months ago and still not had to charge yet. Pretty loud alarm too

I suggest reading the back of the package and familiarizing yourself and everyone who will potentially use it, so you know how to turn it off as it will really alarm the neighborhood. It is handy and portable as you can easily slip it in with your keys. It has a flashlight that can either be set static or flashing. To alarm, simply pull the pin where the carabiner is, or press the SOS button twice. To turn it off, just press the SOS for 3s. Straightforward and easy to use. It is good to test it from time to time to make sure it is working fine. Overall, I find it recommendable.

These personal alarms are great for peace of mind. They are small enough to easily fit in a pocket, purse or bag or to attach to your keyring. The alarm is easy to activate – you can either just pull out the pin or double press the SOS button. It also has a torch, which is a nice addition. There is nothing to tell you how charged the battery is so it’s worth checking it regularly and keeping it charged up if you are heading out alone. At £25.99, this product is comparable in cost to other similar items.

I'm still debating whether to keep it as I got it mainly for the torch as my street lacks proper street lights so it can be hard to see where you're walking. Unfortunately, the torch is really not that bright and I thought it was because it needed to be charged but no difference after a full charge. It's more or less the same as using your mobile phone torch. I haven't yet tested the alarm sound so can't comment. I'm sure that bit works well.
