I like that I can flip it up and use it as a desk for typing and computer work. It has LOTS of storage space both inside and underneath the top. It is very sturdy and was easy to put together (if you know how to follow instructions). It has a wonderful deep wood color, that I really like. And its price was better than ALL of the more flimsy coffee tables out there. Great job in the design.

I purchased this table for my elderly mom moving into a senior living apt. I needed something narrow, that could easily serve as a table for meals, would blend with traditional furniture as well as modern apt fixtures, and one that offered extra storage. This checked all the boxes! I have assembled many “value priced” furniture pieces before. You know how sometimes you get one half way assembled then have an “oh no!” moment when realize you put a piece wrong side up and then have to take it all apart and want to die? 😂 Well, this was NOT that way! Kuddos to the person who illustrated. It was almost fun to put together! I was assembling alone and was concerned about the lift top mechanism. I thought would need someone to hold the lift top while attaching the metal spring pieces, but I was able to do it all alone! I did use my own Phillips screw driver instead of the little one provided, and I found that a small light and loosely putting in the middle screws first helped while lining up the screws for the lift top mechanism pieces. The top lifts and closes easily so my mom should be able to sit on sofa and eat her meals while watching TV since no room for a dining set in apt. It would also be great for a lap top or college student furniture. The espresso color blended well with her nice traditional wood furniture that I brought from her home. It also blended with a new accent piece I bought from a home store for her TV as well as the minimalistic sleek fixtures in her new apt. I was actually thinking after completing each step, “Wow, that was easy. I need to write a review.” I felt like a super hero when finished. It looks good!

We have had this table since 2023 and all I can say is thank you. Its been very durable lifting table still works great despite heavy usage. Looks wise matches well with a lot of my home. Very sturdy. Baskets are just now starting to wear and tear but honestly I feel I got my moneys worth. Thank you!

This coffee table was easy to assemble and we have gotten great use out of it. It has been great for putting puzzles together and working on arts and crafts. Looks quality, but of course made out of cheaper materials. I force the gas struts weakening overtime, but for now they are strong and work as they should. Took around 30 to 45 minutes to construct. Just read the instructions and take everything step-by-step.

This table is WONDERFUL! There is enough room when the table is “open” to place and remove items from the storage space. It looks elegant in my space. Smooth open/close. It is sturdy and doesn’t tip/wobble with the top extended upward, which I was a liiiiittle nervous about when ordering. Nerves squashed! It’s well-made. The pieces for assembly fit PERFECTLY! I was worried because a lot of the time the screws/parts/holes don’t line up on these kinds of products but this one was EXCEPTIONAL! Directions for assembly were clearer than most. Because of this, it didn’t take me nearly as much time to put together as I originally thought. If you’re considering this table, definitely get it.

The table itself is a good, sturdy piece of furniture for those of us on a budget. My SOLE complaint is the manual does not address Part "Q" which looks to be safety bumpers for the relatively sharp corners of the top of the table (presumably to protect children and pets from accidental run-ins). But, that is not why I felt compelled to write this review. I am writing this review (my 1st, if I am remembering correctly) because my table had a missing threaded insert. I notified Rolanstar customer service on November 5th, and, after clarifying the problem by email, I received an entirely new table to use for the missing inserts as the inserts were back-ordered and customer service did not want me to have to wait for a (likely) 10 cent part! The replacement table arrived on my doorstep yesterday, November 8th. Now THAT is customer service. I will absolutely do business with Rolanstar in the future. Buy from these folks with confidence.

Not perfect but a good value. The top lifts a little wobbly but easily and smoothly and it holds in place securely. Being able to raise the surface and pull it closer makes eating and writing at the table much more comfortable. It's hard to see and access what's in the storage space under the top, would be better if it had drawers which would also make it easier to access items in that space. I like the baskets but they're a little small for the bottom shelf, they could be a few inches deeper. Also the legs/stoppers on the bottom of the baskets make it so that when you pull the baskets out, they kind of thud down from the stoppers to the bottom of the basket. The edges are plain and pointy, a beveled or rounded edge would be nicer. It comes with clear rubbery plastic corner guards which was nice, the double sided tape that comes with them doesn't have quite a strong enough adhesive, a few have fallen off so I had to reapply them. But overall, it was priced reasonably and functions well for the intended purposes.
