Is there a version of this without iron

I'm not sure but I wanted to comment to the person saying all of them have iron. No they do not. The ones I am on are iron free and there are many that are iron free if you need that. My dr had me find an iron free one. Good luck

Where does the magnesium come from does it come from pork like most vitamins ?

It does not have that kind of information on the bottle. If you’re looking for that info you need to google . These are no different then if you purchased at a store it has the same info

I have been taking these for over a year now and been great. This batch I received not only smells rancid it taste that way as well. Anyone else?

I SPECIFICALLY came back to these reviews to see if anyone else was having issues with the last batch. These are horrible. I think they are literally making me ill. Dizzy, nauseous. They smell terrible and taste terrible.

Love these!

As a gastric sleeve post op patient 3 wks in these are by far the best multivitamins! No horrible smell I don’t burp them out n smell them like some and best of all no nausea! I do take them on an empty stomach just bc I don’t wanna risk it! But overall the fact that I only have to take 1 pill is the best!

Decent Vitamins

I took this once a day for a year after weight loss surgery. The debate is still raging in my brain if it was needed but this surgery is different for everyone. The product contains no soy, gluten, preservatives, GMO's, dairy, coloring, FDA registered, and vegetarian. While not organic the quality is extremely high. The taste isn't so bad, a bit vitamin dust taste but nothing near some of the options out there. Easy to swallow nearly 2 weeks post surgery.

although it tastes strongly like vitamins it helps me feel better than other suppliments

i was hesitant but purchased to take the chance, right away i disliked the taste it very potent but i like i only taste it when i take the capsule and there is no after taste. but i got to say i take vitamin before bed as for me vitamins work best for my stomach sensitivity. i notice i wake up feeling more energized and not as sluggish. so i will take the bad taste any day! i also notice it makes me urinate soon as i wake up and notice the suppliment does cause your urine color to change (dark yellow/greenish). i would purchase again.

Multivitamins alternative to niacin

I’ve used many other types of multivitamins. I started having a niacin rash with other brands of multivitamins containing niacin I found this product consisting of niacinamide rather than niacin, and I haven’t had the problem since.

They are ok but.....

These are ok but I found them to have a smell, not easy to swallow and gave me heart burn and my energy level was not as high as the others I was using but these came recommended so I tried them - I swithced back to the Noon Bariatric vitamin easier to swallow I like the liquid center and give me more energy.
