Brightens skin and is easy to apply
I use this at night as my first toner and I've noticed it brighten the dark spots that I have. I have combo skin (dry with oily T-zone) and this did not break me out. I use this in conjunction with a Vit C serum and I find that my skin tone is evening out a lot faster.
