⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect for Fermenting Under Pressure – Love It!
This Spunding valve worked perfectly for fermenting under pressure! I’ve used it a few times now, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to—maintains the right pressure in my fermenter without any issues. It was easy to set up, and I love how it allows me to keep my fermentation process controlled and smooth. The build quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy and reliable. It’s been a game-changer for my brewing process, especially for brewing under pressure to avoid unwanted off-flavors. I’m already planning to buy more of these because they make the process so much easier.Highly recommend this Spunding valve to anyone who’s serious about fermenting under pressure. I’ll definitely be getting more of these for my brewing setup!

Great counter pressure filler for a keg
Really easy to use and easy to put together counter-pressure bleed valve and pressure monitor for doing a closed transfer from a fermentor to a keg. In my case this is a closed transfer from a 14gal conical to 5gal kegs.

Edit: works fine
Edit: user error. I have corrected to 4 stars. It works fine, it is just not very robust.

Works Great!
This sounding valve worked perfect for my needs. The device comes in separate parts with extra pieces in case you need/lose them. Everything fits together very easily, but make sure you’re paying attention when you assemble it. On the bow tie valve, there is an arrow pointing in the direction where the valve will blow off excess carbonation. Make sure that is pointing the right way, or the valve will not function.I tested the valve gauge against the regulator I have on my CO2 tanks, and they were identical. Zero issues with leaking air besides what is intended.

Just as bad as you always thought it was.
Ive held off on this for years. Ive always bought the metal ones. I know how to use a spunding valve. This thing comes in a box with pieces and no instructions. Put together and leaked like a sieve and yet no pressure reading. Your better off putting a balloon on the gas port.

Came with extra fittings - nice bonus
This came with a couple extra pieces of EVAbarrier and an extra tee. After assembling it, nothing leaks and it works flawlessly.

Look elsewhere
It cannot keep a consistent pressure. I'm not sure if it's the plastic connections or diaphragm itself but my pressure has fluctuated between 5 and 20 and it's very frustrating. I thought I finally had it yesterday whereas the pressure seemed to finally have settled at 10 alas woke up this morning to 5 again.

Suitable for closed transfer
I bought this for closed transfer. It arrived promptly with all the parts and a spare tee. No instructions, but it’s easy enough to figure out by looking at the product photos. Make sure to get the valve installed with the correct flow direction as indicated by the arrow. Some reviews have expressed concerns about pressure stability for pressurized fermentation, but I have a separate sounding valve for that purpose.
