Move FreeAdvanced Triple Strength, 160 Count

I have used this product for many years, wouldn't be without it. I have used similar products, this works best. It takes a couple of weeks to take full effect. When I use this daily, my knees never hurt anymore. If I stop taking it, after a couple of weeks my knees start to hurt again. Other supplements have come and gone in my life. This one is here to stay.

When I saw that Lubriflex (another Schiff product) was discontinued, I panicked a little. I started having hip pain about 8 years ago, so bad that I developed a limp. I tried to cover it up when walking with others, but that meant walking with pain and trying not to wince or say "ouch" with each step. Not easy on business trips. I felt like I was "too young" to need a hip replacement. I did a little research and tried Lubriflex, double dosing for a week or two and then, when the pain subsided, maintaining with a single caplet per day. It really worked for me. I thought it was probably placebo effect, but when I would run out, the pain would come back within a week. Then I would have to double dose again for a while. I learned after a few times that I should just take it every day without fail and I've gotten through the past 8 years virtually pain free. When I couldn't get Lubriflex anymore, I actually called Schiff. They told me MF Advanced Triple Strength comes closest to the Lubriflex formula. I couldn't find it at my drugstore so I bought the very expensive Move Free Ultra instead--completely different ingredients and my pain came back within a week. So I looked on Amazon and found Advanced Triple Strength. I took two caplets a day for a week or so, and now I am able to maintain with one per day. Working great for me. Doesn't seem to work for my husband quite as well as Lubriflex (knees), or it could be a coincidence and he may have injured his knee at around the same time. I've tried other glucosamine/chondroitin products and my pain comes back. Everybody's different. Not sure why this works for me but it does. It's seriously the difference between my being able to walk normally versus probably having to use a cane by now. I walk my dog about 2 miles a day and can even run/jog without pain, although I'm not really a runner.

For an over the counter supplement this is the best for me, if I go a few days without using this product I really begin to feel the pain in my hands and feet. I have been using this brand for the last 10 years, I work in the Middle East and when I pack my suitcase this is one of the first things to go in it. I recommend it and always will, I also thing the larger quantity is the way to go when looking to save some money.

I just started using this vitamin because of my knee problem that I have. In the past I have used the Move Free product. I don't know why I stopped using them. They are a good source of Glucosamine and Chondrotin which help by lubricating, cushioning, strengthening, protecting and rebuilding joints. My doctor recommended this to me. I know it does work. I even have an aunt that uses it and says that before she started using the Move Free vitamin, she could not walk without a cane and was in pain. Now she walks with ease without the cane. No more pain.

Schiff has been in this business of making joint supplements for quite a few years now, and I think they are one of, if not the best in the field of pain relief. That being said, you need to know I have been using this for years, with an occasional switch of brands to check effectiveness. I quickly return with sore joints, when the other brand fails to work as well. However, even Schiff does not repair the joint cartilage. My knees have steadily eroded and that caused me to start looking for the missing ingredient. After an intensive search, I turned up eggshell membrane. Now some come with extra vitamins, in case you don't take vitamins, and some with herbs, in case you need some help with pain. Well, I've been on egg membrane and Schiff Move Free for over a month now, and I can actually feel the slack in my knees filling-up. Wow! I am so please, because I was getting worried that nothing was going to do it. I had to stop all my running type sports, because of the loose knees, and pain. Now I have hope again. If you could use similar help, check out Nature's Herbs/Eggstraflex or Dr. Mercola's Egg Membrane product. Good luck! Jeff

Purchased this with hope-boy, was I disappointed. Pills were difficult to swallow because of large size. They did not help at all- waste of time and money!!

Great price for this item. Received very fast thru the mail. Used all tablets as instructed and received no benefit what so ever from taking this 160 tablets.
