I purchased this product 2 years ago, have used it frequently, and it's still in good condition. It holds heat for more than 30 minutes and because you can tie it around your waist it is perfect for back and hip pain because you can just put it on and move around in comfort. . The smell is pleasant. I definitely recommend it!

This is soo well made that I can’t believe the price is so low. It’s a great shape, soft, good quality, and the right weight for wearing on shoulder area around the neck or tied around the lower back. Someone else said that they heated it for 5 mins and it melted. Don’t do that. The instructions clearly state NOT to heat for more than 2 minutes. 2 mins is plenty and the heat will last for about 20 mins.

love it, I use it ever morning for 30 mins to loosen up my stiff lower back. I find the moist heat to be very soothing. I would rarely use my electric heating pad because it was to confining but with this microwavable one I am free to move around without having to unplug it, so for me it is simple and convenient to use 👍.

Size is great, material is soft and nice, but cools down really fast. I have a 20-year-old heat bag with some kind of seeds in it and it holds the temperature about twice maybe three times longer. This one I need to put back in the microwave after less than 5 minutes.

Great value. Nice quality. Works as expected. Came quickly. No odor. Nice size. I love that it can be tied on so that back pain is addressed even when I am up and about. I have only used it for heat--have not tried it for cold therapy, but I expect it will work just as well that way.

I bought this because I remembered how I looked forward to that heating pad at the end of a physical therapy session. I already have an electric heating pad, but it's not really safe to use at night, when I might want it the most. Plus, I hate feeling stuck to a cord and having to stay in one position. I'm wearing it now as I type, so I am one happy lady! It did take a good 3 minutes in my little microwave, but that's OK. It was worth the wait! I already was forewarned that the heat isn't lasting, but I don't plan on wearing it all day! But if I want to wear it longer, it's no big deal to pop it back in the microwave. I love the cozy fluffy cover too. I chose the blue and I'm so happy! Thank you, and my lower back thanks you! EDIT July 24, 2025: I'm addicted! Where have you been all my life? BTW: It said to put it on a plate, but then I figured out that was unnecessary since I have a carousel. Derp! Not sure how this would work in a tiny microwave, and I have to fold mine in 3's. No problem! Did I mention I'm in love? LOL

Fantastic item. Works really well. Quite large heating pad that works really well, and material is nice & soft to the touch. Made with excellent quality.

After heating 2 times for a duration of 5 minutes each, it ruptured and all the materials inside of the belt , came out. The belt can not be used any more. Moreover the heat resists for maximum 5 to 6 minutes. It is quite obvious that this is a CHINA MADE product. Never ever buy this product . This is the reason this product is non returnable.

Nice for neck, shoulder and back pain

Heavier than I thought it would be, well packed with the flaxseed. The ties are nice a long, so easy to tie up. The cover is soft and the product shapes into the body well. Found it does need the full three minutes in my microwave which is a 1200w, so not sure how long it would take to heat in a lower powered microwave. Overall I found the heat pack held it's heat for a fair while and I am pleased with my purchase.
