I have been taking Doctor's Best Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with OptiMSM Capsules for more than 10 years and have had positive results with this supplement. I originally took this for my knees when going up or down the stairs and would feel a sharp pain in my knees. I am a senior citizen and also a walker. After doing some research on Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with OptiMSM Capsules products, including reading the reviews, I selected Doctor's Best. And I was most pleased to experience a significant reduction and in fact an elimination of the pain that I had been experiencing in my knees. Also, I had been having occasion pain in my hips too, and those occasional hip pains have also gone away. The pain elimination did not happen overnight, but it took several weeks to realize. And for years now, even with my daily walking, my knees do not exhibit pain! This is a product that actually works and I am so pleased to have found it. The size of the capsules is somewhat on the large size, but I am still able to swallow the capsules quite easily. And I am someone who has trouble swallowing larger size capsules, but the Doctor's Best capsules are not too large for me. Also, Doctor's Best recommends taking 2 capsules twice daily, with or without food. But my positive results have been obtained by taking 1 capsule twice daily, which saves money. I also do not have any stomach discomfort from this product. And there is no smell or flavor or taste to the capsules. The price of the product is very reasonable and is not a hindrance to its use. All in all, I have found that the Doctor's Best Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM with OptiMSM Capsules are recommended for many different reasons, and I have not found any reason to not recommend the product. Give this product a try and give it some time to work its magic. and I think you may also experience positive results.

I'm not even sure what Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM (GC MSM) even is. But all I know is it stopped my foot pain dead in its tracks. I was telling a buddy about how my feet hurt and he said take some of this GC MSM. I told him I'm not into taking stuff. He agreed but his wife got him to take it and after a few days all his foot pain was gone. So I bit the bullet and tried it. No exaggeration, I woke up less than 24 hours after taking it and it was like I had new feet. Not even sure what I had but my feet would tingle like sharp needles for the first little while when I woke up and walked around and when I sat still for a while and got up to walk around. I take it most mornings (sometimes I foeget) and haven't once had the tingle stuff again and I'd been dealing with it for many years. They make both a powder and the capsules. I use the powder in morning shakes and the capsules when I don't have my shake. I can not over state how GC MSM has changed both the lives of my buddy and I. Hope it works for you.

I’ve been using these for a couple months as a joint supplement for my aging lab mix, and occasionally take them myself. She gets 2 capsules poured over her food every morning to help her meet the recommended dosing for her size and age, when combined with her normal food and supplements. The ratios of glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM, while not identical, are comparable to those found in brand name dog joint supplements, but at a fraction of the cost. It’s always hard to tell how well supplements really work, but considering the cost, supplement ratios, and human grade quality, I consider these good insurance against future joint problems for my dog. While a little excess glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM isn’t really harmful to dogs, but can cause stomach upset, I recommend you do some research on the dosage type and amount for your dog for the safest benefit.
