I can't tell if it benefits my health but it definitely dissolves completely in liquid. I put it in my coffee every morning and I absolutely cannot tell there is anything at all in there. The flavor/texture do not change at all.

I'm 69. Deal with arthritis pain especially in my knees and feet. I don't like to take too many pain killers and am not on prescribed medication by choice. So, I take turmeric and just started with this stuff. I did my research prior and this brand kept coming up in a good way. I just finished my first 8 oz container, blending two scoops into my morning coffee. I am honestly amazed, really, at how well this works! Now, with Spring finally approaching, I will be walking more, riding my bike and doing other physical activities more in conjunction with this product and the turmeric. I feel like I CAN do those things with much less pain and a bit more flexibility. There's a slight vanilla taste to it in my coffee, but along with my creamer, it actually tastes pretty good. I've not tried it with anything else. Seriously, I have not been a happy camper because my spirit has been willing, but my joints didn't agree. I'm much closer to living the way I want and need to.

Been taking this for over a month now. I've noticed my hair is growing back where it was thinning and my skin looks better. The vanilla flavor is awesome! I take it in my morning smoothie. My best friend puts in her morning coffee. Great stuff!

First time using this brand. I made a bold move and got the Carmel coffee flavor so I can add it with my coffee. Not bad!I didn't like that it came half full, but I wanted to try something different. Taste like coffee, I add milk to mine and froth it and add it to my coffee. I didn't like adding water to it the taste was a bit strong for my taste. Smells fine. I like the clean ingredients. Price was ok. Will update after 30 days

Love it! Tastes great and works.I’ve been using this collagen for a few weeks and already see smoother skin and stronger nails. The vanilla flavor is light and mixes well with coffee or smoothies. No clumps, no weird taste. Also helps with digestion. Totally recommend!

Very high quality product but the STEVIA sweetener and added chai flavor were super invasive, too strong and artificial, so the cancer patient who I got this for almost vomited a couple of times because of it. So I had to buy another very expensive collagen product that was unflavored. Sigh! Maybe for other people this flavoring can work, but if you’re sensitive to strong invasive sweetness from stevia, consider yourself warned. Not for everyone.

I bought this because of the popping sounds in my feet, ankles and knees. TBD if it is working.Don't care for the Vanilla flavor though.

The Chai has great flavor! Dissolves easily! Since starting this brand I’ve seen great improvement in my hair growth!
