We have been using this for over a year and found it to be very reliable posessing some great features that the average adhaan clocks cannot match. For example getting notifications from the mosque of important announcements! There is potential to include more features in the future, especially if used in conjunction with Masjidal.s Athan+ mobile app!The tablet was very easy to set up and it was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Found my local mosque on it and I was soon getting the sounds of the Adhaan around the house. Although it did develop a fault, I think due to the cheap chinese power supply, Masjidal responded promptly in answering my queries and helping me get things resolved to my satisfaction. I cannot thank them enough, other companies should watch and learn!Yes, it is a bit pricey but worth it, especially when the local mosque has also signed up to the service when you can derive the maximum benefits from this. Definitely recommend this to anyone, and I would encourage your mosque to sign up if they haven't already done so.

This was the best thing I had ever bought as could hear the azaan and it had much more. However just two weeks over a year usage and it stopped working. Contacted the company but they are based in America! So they want me to send it over with me footing the cost for sending it there and once they know what’s wrong then I have to pay to get it fixed and sent back to me. Literally two weeks out of guarantee. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This is a good product no doubt so good for the family but at the price you pay it should last longer than a year. Still thinking of buying it again but I’m not sure as can’t go through this again. I’m sorry this has been a long review.I am updating this review as I have been in contact with customer service and they have sent me a new one. I am very happy with their service.

An amazing device I’m so happy that I bought it. Love hearing the medina Adhan play throughout my house and the extra features like streaming Makkah and the amazing list of short stories, series and adkhars are great!

The media could not be loaded. The product and the premise are amazing but the overall experience is ruined by a cheap tablet. The device has started to show bar lines across the screen within 5 days of usage. Going to return this. It seems the quality of the hardware itself is questionable. Time to continue my search for a good athan device.

It not only gives us the adhan but my 10 year old daughter loves having the stories of the prophets (peace be upon them) at her fingertips.I’ve seen a few reviews below about the device malfunctioning and not lasting long. After 3 years of use my one was not loading after switching on, and the prayer times weren’t accurately syncing either but just as I was about to throw it out and buy another one (that’s how much we love it) I decided to call their customer service and a representative walked me through resolving the problems. It didn’t take long at all and the device is now working well again.I’m very glad I phoned them and recommend that anyone else having any issues with their masjidal frame does the same.

Decent item, does not disappoint. As expected and much more. Only 2 gripes would be that my local masjid doesn't use the program you need to sync. And the price: I don't know if it's justifiable. The unit itself is good but not greatest quality id expect for the price. The stand at the back should really be able to angle rather than just stick out. Basically a cheap tablet with really good software.

Hi!I bought this clock from Amazon bcoz being in the UK you miss listening to Azaan. It was easy to setup but unfortunately it couldn’t search the city where I live in (Ashford). So we had to set the timings as ‘London unified UK’. Nor does our local mosque support this clock so we have to rely on whatever is available. The biggest issue is that at times it doesn’t say Azaan. So many times clock has skipped the Azaan and we had to refresh/reset the timings again. Now it seems like a usual occurrence. Every now and then we reset the timings so that Azaan is called everytime. It’s a low quality tablet on which the company has installed their software so it has its own issues. It doesn’t work without a charger. It has to be kept plugged in. It’s toooo expensive for the quality that it provides. I really wish I had bought a similar kind of clock from somewhere else. It’s definitely not worth the money. I’m sorry but it’s disappointing.
