Bernar Churro Maker Easy Tool for Deep Fry Churro in 8 Difference Shapes

I've tried pastry bags, cookie presses and a Pampered Chef caulking-gun looking thing for frosting to make churros and nothing has worked like this has! The dough was too thick for all of them. I actually like the screw-top on this because it seems sturdier to me. It's super easy to fill and to clean and we use it VERY often. I'm Basque so I love taking churros to friends and neighbors and they think I'm much fancier than I really am. Let's just keep them in the dark about how incredibly EASY it is to make churros with ingredients we always have on hand (flour, water, salt, eggs). I LOVE this little churrera!

If you are looking for a great churro maker for your kitchen, this is it. If you have tried making them with a pastry bag, you know that sometimes the dough can be to thick for the bag to handle. This churro maker is well constructed and made with a sturdy plastic (almost like PVC tubing). Rather than squeezing like you would do with a pastry bag, you turn the handle like a screw. This provides equal and constant pressure to the dough as it exits to the frying pan giving you better control on the size and shape of the churro. This churro maker is easy to clean - it can be taken apart and all the pieces are dishwasher-safe.

WOW! Move over donuts, there's a new,tried & true pastry in town. With hot chocolate to dip the CHURROS are here and we love them. As good as the ones we ate in Barcelona and an ample supply anytime we want them, and the machine is easy to use with excellent results. Bravo!

Although the product is exactly as the deacription describes and pictures depict- there should have been recommendations for what size to use depending on what you are making... other than it is easy to use after one or two tries.

I found this product hard to use, and very messy.... Once I filled the canister, I had a hard time fitting the lid and plunger in, with batter getting all over the place... After I closed it, it worked well, and the product was extruded evenly. I started by using the larger "star" shaped hole, but the churros were too thick and were raw in the middle. It worked much better with the smaller "star"....

Wanted to make churros for a dinner party and this worked exactly as I wanted it to. Easy to use and easy to clean. It also comes with multiple tips for different sizes. Would highly recommend for making the occasional churro.

This is my first churro maker and it works great. It is easy to use and cleans well. No complaints. I'm happy I got it.

Fabulosa, espero que me dure para siempre, y si no comprare otra igual, va genial, salen unos churros geniales, solo la he probado con ese fin, auque se pueden hacer tambien tiras de maiz.Puedo decir que "el secreto ya no solo esta en la masa".
