It’s an awesome idea and mostly awesome.
I am a horse and mule packer in the inland NW of WA, ID, and MT. I was at the Backcountry Horsemen of WA’s annual meeting and a friend had this game there. I absolutely loved it and ordered one as soon as I got home. What is different about the one I have… compared with the 1st one I was able to play with is this…locking down the hindquarters on mine seems almost dismal…as a result when she/he bucks…nothing falls off?!!! This is a stark opposite of the one I experienced at our annual meeting. ;-(

I returned this game because I was never able to get the burro to buck unless I forced it. Over and over I was able to load every piece and still that stubborn little guy would not buck! Maybe the grandkids would have had better luck, but I never gave them the chance.
