I have a genetic condition (APOE 4/4) which prevents me from being able to use "regular" vitamin B - in foods or standard 'multivitamin' type supplements because my body doesn't 'methylate' natural vitamin B like it should. We have been using this supplement for many years. It is a great source of B12 especially for those who have a vegan lifestyle who need to get their Vitamin B12 from sources other than meats. It melts easily and so there is no worries of swallowing a large pill. This supplement is pleasant tasting.
