I'm concerned that this arrived unsealed, the box and also the jar. Is this normal packaging?

I received this product 2/27/2022. It arrived with the box torn where someone had already opened it. The inner seal was missing, it was not a full jar, part of product was missing. I called customer service, a new jar is being sent. Was advised to discard the used one. My question is how did this not get noticed when it was being prepared for shipment? The torn box was very noticeable. It was obviously a returned item. Looking forward too trying this product on my 77 year old skin.

is it fragrance free?

If you are sensitive to fragrance, this will probably be pretty strong. If you like fragrance, this is probably a good one. Personally, I really wish they would make a fragrance-free version - I love the effect of the cream on my skin, but can’t deal with the smell. I’ll have to find something different.

What's the appropriate age for this?

I personally would say around the age if 40, I myself am 60, but Neutrogena has done my face and body wonderfully!!!

Does this clog pores?

Not at all. I specifically buy Neutrogena for this reason.

Works Great!

Lovely cream, yucky scent

Seemed worth a try and, indeed, very smooth, seems to be a great product but... if you're used to unscented, hypoallergenic cosmetics (as I am), unfortunately, this is NOT the product for you. It's like perfumes: different strokes. I find the scent utterly gross; others might like it, but I'm not one of them. If you don't mind the aroma, it will be a steal of a deal.

Pricey, but worth it

A high quality, thick and nourishing night time face lotion. The moisture levels with this is off the chart! My skin felt dewy and hydrated and it left me with a subtle glow. My skin looked better overall but especially in appearance. An effective lotion to be sure!

Great night cream but bubble gum fragrance

Great night cream. Very moisturizing. Surprised that smells like bubble gum since it’s formulated for older skin, which is why I switched to try out. I thought it would have more mature fragrance like the Regenerating line, which I plan to return to.
