OFRA Makeup Fixer - Matte Setting Spray - Long-Lasting Makeup Finishing Spray for Face - 8oz/240ml

My makeup doesn’t feel quite right if I don’t finish with this spray. I have been buying for years after I saw it on “The View.” I don’t like the bottle it comes in, so I use a smaller one I had that sprays better.

I gave it 4 stars cause I don't like smells. It seems to work but it's not my go to.

Works fantasticly to set makeup and help powders melt into skin. Increases wear time of makeup. The mister is amazing and has a very fine spray. The scent smells like expensive perfume, in a good way! Love this stuff!

This makeup fixer does have a scent and added fragrance. It contains alcohol and the product is cruelty-free. It can be used daily and is non-comedogenic. Unfortunately, the product I received was an eye makeup remover that had a barcode label for this makeup fixer which is what caused the mix-up.

I paired this setting spray with a dewy, wet primer just to see how it would do. It was fantastic!! you just have to make sure you spray far enough away from your face so only a thin mist spreads over your finished/made-up skin. I don't typically wear makeup for the entire day as I take it off around 5pm but it did a pretty good job holding things in place despite the wet-texture of my primer.

This was my first time using a makeup setting spray, and I’m impressed! The mist is fine and even, so it doesn’t drench certain areas more than others. It feels incredibly lightweight—almost like spraying water—and dries quickly. The large bottle will last a long time, and at the end of the night my makeup looked just as fresh as when I applied it. This will definitely become part of my regular makeup routine.

This is a pretty big bottle for the price. It’s $20 for 8 ounces, which is more than a lot of other setting sprays. It does a decent job at keeping makeup in place. My makeup stayed put and didn’t start melting in the heat, so it definitely works. It also feels light on the skin and didn’t make me look greasy. The downside is the sprayer. It is not a fine mist but more like a regular spray bottle, which makes it harder to control and it spits. I also had a heck of a time getting the sticker seal off the cap, and part of it is still stuck on there. I like it and it does the job, but I already have my go-to setting sprays and don’t really see myself switching. This is one I’ll use up but probably won’t repurchase.
