Great headphones
Marshalls headphones are amazing! However, there is an issue with the charge point on the set I received in that the USB cable just won't connect properly and leads to the unit not charging. I had to force the cable in for it to charge and even then it has been temperamental.Away from this they are great headphones. The sound quality is amazing - if you download the app you can use the headphones with an equalizer (not sure if it makes much difference to the sound and could do with a bit of improving). Like vesrion IV, the battery life is phenomenal. The mic quality differs per set. During phone calls people weren't able to hear me clearly on my previous set, however, there is no issue with this current set, and I come through clearly. So maybe something to watch out for.As always functionality is nice and simple, easy to use, and they look great. I think these headphones are good value for money. It is just unfortunate that I seem to have received a dud pair in relation to the charging port. However, this set will need to be replaced with ones that function correctly as the issue with the charge point will probably get worse over time.As I've had Marshall's headphones before I know he quality is usually superb, I just think this one slipped through the quality control net - and apart from the charging issue everything is top tip. So I'll give it a 5.

nice
I've been using the Major IV for a few weeks now, and I'm quite impressed. The sound is rich and well-balanced, with clear mids and decent bass. The build quality feels solid, and the design is classic Marshall. What really stands out is the battery life — it lasts for days on a single charge. The only downside is that the ear cushions can get a bit warm during long sessions, but overall, it’s a great pair of headphones for the price.

Awesome
Bought these Marshalls to replace my ageing cans. First impressions were good, they look the part with their retro Marshall styling which I think makes them stand out from the rest. I'm finding them super comfy with nice soft ear pads and can wear them for hours without discomfort although I sometimes have to move my glasses for maximum comfort. Being on ear instead of over ear, there is some sound leakage and they don't have noise cancelling, although they block out a lot more background noise than my old phones. My only gripe was the top end sounded a bit raspy, which sounded strange as the bass was spot on and the mid range was loud and punchy. However, I downloaded the Marshall app and updated the firmware which not only fixed the top end but also made them even louder!TLDR UPDATE YOUR FIRMWARE!Awesome cans with quality sound and great volume, customisable equaliser and wireless charging, not to mention the incredible battery life. I love them!

Best BT headphones so far - Highly recommended.
After having many BT headphones over the years I spent ages searching for new ones that would last. I came across these Marshall MAJOR IV by chance as I was looking for over ear initially.Pros:1 - Light & Comfortable to wear (I have glasses and hearing aids which is not an issue).2 - FANTASTIC quality from the 3 sources I have used already (Phone, Computer and TV).3 - Easy to set up and pair to devices.4 - Adjustable and not tight on the ears.5 - Being square not round I get great comments as they look unusual.6 - It states no Active Noise Cancellation but I don't hear what is going on around me so a definite bonus.7 - The volume range adjustment is really good and a lot better than other headphones I have used. I set volume normally at a level of 75% whereas I am at 100% with others all the time.8 - 80hrs playback between charges - I have not had to charge them yet and had them 6 days.Highly recommended.Cons:None so. far - hopefully they will last longer than the others have time will tell.

Nice ones
Okay I've had them for a week now so it's time for a review. I chose them because of the 'retro-ish' design, they really stand out amongst the others. The sound quality is really good, they are light and comfortable to wear even if you have a smaller head like me and are easy to operate. Had no issues with connectivity - please read the paper instructions to pair them up! it's not very intuitive but easy once you know. The price was good because I bought them when they were on sale and I had a gift voucher from my friend. Buying for the full price - I would give it a think and consider other brands or maybe the newer model of this one.One thing I didn't realise is that the Marshall app is not compatible with this particular model somehow. Of course, if you are not a sound enthusiast and all these little adjustments don't matter to you - as I don't normally fine tune the bass or anything else when listening to music - it's okay. But if someone was looking to use this function via the Marshall app - it's a disadvantage, especially at this price point.I used to listen to music via regular airpods and got used to headphones pausing the music/video when I take them off. These are not as smart but the small control knob can actually pause music, take/finish calls and skip music tracks as well but you have to learn how to use it, it's not very obvious from the beginning. The battery is really long lasting, I haven't charged them since I've got them and I've been using them for a couple of days regularly, even took them on a daytrip. They still work and don't require charging.Overall, it's a good pair of headphones, and at the end of the day, Marshall is a brand that has been famous for making good quality professional sound equipment. We'll see how it goes but can't complain so far
