Ketofy boon. Cramps healed.
I began to suffer from cramps in the night after I switched to ketogenic diet. Magnesium &calcium supplements could not produce improvement but this product has produced very good improvement .On the very first day itself the cramps ceased and I had a good sleep. Those who face similar issues can use this product and get rid of cramps.

Not recommended for those with medical issues
I didn’t notice any visible difference after using this product. In fact, what I observed was that my heart was beating a little faster, which is not a good sign. I’m not sure what ingredients have been used, but I recommend that users with medical conditions especially those with blood pressure issues or thyroid problems consult a doctor before consuming it.

WASTE OF MONEY/DAMAGING ENVIRONMENT
If this brand wants to put less than half of the powder in a box that size the least they could’ve done is used is a smaller box and hence less plastic. Look at the box just opened. Look at the quantity of powder in it. It is literally less than half. Disgusting.

Electrolytes for Muscle Cramps
The media could not be loaded. I am using this product for almost 20 days.. I used to suffer from muscle cramps a lot, but now it's reduced may be because of this product or because of my water intake. I am no expert to comment on whether it's working or not. It has no added sugar, no carb but 9 Kcal per serving. It has sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium as given above in the picture. So you can decide. I am giving a 4 star hoping it will help.
