The pad has been working for over one year. It vibrates and heats. It only didn’t turn on once when I hit the button. I hit the button a second time and it went on. Great for my arthritis and for relaxing. I love it! I’ve learned to check the connection with the extension cord under the mat. If there is a hairs breath gap in the extension connection it won’t start. So check that and make sure they are tightly connected if you are having problems.

I really wanted to like this product but I just can't the balls in the product are too hard and it begins to hurt your muscles instead of relaxing you.1 year update: the company gave me a full refund so no harm to foul . also at the time my back was really hurting but maybe if i used to product now it would not hurt so if you have a sore back i dont recommend this product but if have a good back and its not hurting already i can see how this would be ok.

Love it, had it just over one year and still working great. I sleep on it every night, wake up and hit the button puts me right back to sleep. When this wears out I'll be ordering another

Bought this for my mother. After a long day at work she pulls this out and lays down. She loves it.

The material is very smooth when you lay on it. The vibration is strong as well. There are few modes that you can selected, the mat can be used on a sofa. Overall the product is pleased. I am 5’7’, it fits me perfectly. It’s foldable, easy for storage.

I like everything about this mat so far. It has several features including a timer, remote, and varying types of massage options.
