Not sure about the exact length but it fits my medium Shoei Qwest helmet just fine with a little room to spare. Talking about cable going from left speaker wrapped around back of helmet to right speaker.

It's frustrating because there's no tone or indication so how does one know if they're doing it correctly? Have you figured it out yet?
