Great service, poor product
These headphones have great sound quality and the customer service is great as well. The first pair of these headphones that I purchased, the left ear started to go out within the first couple of days after receiving them. I notified the seller who, promptly sent me a new pair. I was very happy with the service that I received. Unfortunately the new headphones also started to go out shortly after I received them. I believe that it is just poor construction near the jack. The jack is longer than most and I keep my phone in my pocket when I walk around causing ample opportunity for the jack to become damaged. Another problem that I encountered with the new set of headphones is the iPhone setting did not function properly and I had to use the headphones on the Android setting, nullifying the remote control and microphone features. The only reason the I give this product 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I felt valued as a customer and received great service. Otherwise, I do not recommend the product based on my experience with it.Original post:"I was very pleased when I received these headphones. They arrived on time, and the sound quality is great! I also really love the volume control and the microphone features, plus they look really cool.BUT.....Within just a couple of days of using them I noticed that the sound in the left ear would cut out. I didn't think much of it at first because it was just a quick drop and then the sound was back as clear as ever, but the next day the sound would go out for longer. It was then that I realized that the connection between the cord and the jack was faulty. I have only had the headphones for a week and they are at the point where I have to hold the base of the cord just so, or else there is no sound in the left ear. It is frustrating enough that I have gone back to using my more uncomfortable and poorer sound quality headphones because those don't have any functionality problems.I purchased these headphones based on the good reviews that I had seen, so I do not know if this was just the luck of the draw and I happened to get a faulty set or if other people have had the same problem but are just not writing any reviews. I am looking into either getting a replacement or a refund. But as I stated at the beginning, I really like the headphones when I first got them and I was very excited to use them because they were comfortable and sounded great, but the current issue with the fault connection is more than I can deal with."

Poor Quality Do Not Buy
I was disappointed to see that these ear buds quite literally snapped in half at the wire. This leads me to believe they are of extremely poor quality. The button also did not work out of the box.

Okay, I admit, I was dubious. I had low expectations.I've got a Nexus 4. It needs an OMTP headset, not a CTIA headset. Some clever phones do both. Nexus 4 doesn't. Most headsets that use a 4-conductor plug are CTIA, which is what iPhones use. This headset could be either with that little N/S switch. So what I wanted was something that would, well, work slightly better than complete garbage that happens if you use the wrong headset type. The packaging didn't help much. Covered in Chinese characters and the biggest English word on the box is "STEREO", as though any other kind of headphones had been sold since 1982. The cords were bundled haphazardly together and feel vaguely... sticky or tacky, like they're covered in a plastic cover. Which they are, but it feels odd, and not confidence-inspiring.But... I tried them. They were $11. How far wrong can one go for $11? I put them in my ears (they fit, even in my slightly smaller than normal ear canals), plugged them into the phone, cued up some music and pressed play.Bass rumbled up from somewhere, possibly from the geologic inferno under our feet. Drums throbbed. Cymbals crashed like lightning, and Rob Halford's voice soared like a jet-powered eagle seeking verminous prey. They sound... good. Very good. Not even just "very good for $11 headphones", but easily rivalling $111 headphones from Serious Manufacturers that get listings in magazines rating "10 Excellent Earbud Headsets For Under $200". Are they perfect? No, they're a little on the boomy side, they're low enough impedance-wise that it's easy to turn them up too loud on devices I've used those $111 headphones with and turned the volume all the way up, and I've no idea yet whether the microphone works. But for now, they'll do. Even if I have to replace them sometime or a couple of sometimes, they're only $11. I can't even get a good burger for much less than that these days.

They arrived nicely packaged, but only had one size of rubber pieces, which were slightly too large for my average ears. They felt light and hollow compared to other sets I have had. I would compare them to dollar store sets I have seen.I have a Nokia phone and after not all buttons worked on other headsets, I bought these headphones because they are supposed to have a Nokia setting.I switched them to Nokia and plugged them in and they continuously lowered the volume on the phone to zero. Adjusting the volume slider or pressing the button did nothing.I switched them to the Samsung setting and none of the controls worked, nor would any sound play through the speakers. will be returned.

Garbage
I had these earphones for about 3 weeks. They have already stopped working entirely in one ear bud. Also, the earphones do not come in different sizes. I had some issues with them as my ear canal wasn't big enough. Therefore, everything I heard through them was muffled.
