I wish I’d bought this years ago. I have struggled with back and neck pain since a car accident in 2006. I’ve tried tons of gadgets, most ended up collecting dust in my closet because they just didn’t work. I have found acupuncture to be effective, but it’s expensive and difficult to find the time in my schedule. I bought this after eying a much more expensive version for months. I figured, at this price, what do I have to lose? I was apprehensive about using it the first time because those little spikes are sharp! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really didn’t “hurt”, it mostly felt like a sort of prickly heat at first, and then after a few minutes I just felt warm and relaxed. The best part is that, after just one use, a painful knot in my shoulder that I had medicated for a week was almost completely gone. I have used the neck pillow independently a few times, positioning it to hit spots where I’m having pain, and within hours of use, the pain is gone or significantly subsided. Unlike many other things I’ve purchased, I actually look forward to using this because the endophin-fueled relaxation is awesome. About the product itself- the construction and materials are fairly cheap. I could see how the cotton might stretch over time or the styrofoam inside the mat might break down. For the latter issue, there’s a velcro opening at the bottom where the mat could be removed and replaced. I do like the inclusion of a carrying bag, as I will definitely be taking this with me when I travel. Overall, for the price, I think the quality is as expected, and, frankly, I really don’t care because the product is so effective. I highly recommend it.

Al principio es incomodo, pero luego t adaptas y te sabe a gloria, la sensación es de un masaje en toda la espalda lo hago por 15 o 20 minutos con la espalda descubierta..

I expected it to be pretty painful to lay on. The pillow is a tough one to get through, but the back one I could lay on for a while if I wanted to.I'm not certain the benefits except when I'm laying on it. Lately I've been using the pillow under my lower back and sometimes it hurts so good. It's like a warm tingling feeling. But it's more than that.I feel content. When I'm done using it there is some pain, but I don't feel much different otherwise. Or maybe there is change that I don't notice. It's kinda like the feeling you get after a massage but while using it haha.There have also been times in which I used it hoping to get that blissful feeling again but I don't. Maybe I get used to it or something. So now I might use it once every couple days or something.That is my experience with it anyway.

I received my mat today, and fresh out of the box, it was clearly used. There was cat hair (or some other type of hair) and dust all over it. It was absolutely disgusting and gross. I’m extremely disappointed in the condition of the product. I haven’t even had a chance to try it because of how dirty it was. I plan on returning it or requesting a replacement. I will update this review if I ever get the chance to actually use the product and can speak to how it works. Very disappointed with this purchase.
