Near dying plant received, No mention of plant on packaging hence looked mis handeled
When u have to ship long distance, why they cannot put a healthy plant with a clear big label about live plant.Immediately repotted, fingers crossed if it servieUpdate: even after caring for many days no sign of life fro. Healthy sapling, a little fragile and young. But ita been planted and seems to be getting stronger fast

Poor handling in packaging the live plant
I have bought plants from M-Tech in the past and so far my earlier experience have been good but this time I got an almost dying plant because the person who packed the plant inserted the supporting bamboo stick into the roots of the plant and almost teared it apart into two pieces. Trying if somehow the plant revive but so far the efforts seems to be going in vein. Because of my earlier experience with M Tech gardens, I am not taking off all the stars in rating but I urge them to maintain the quality in continuous manner and not compromise on it.

The plant reached almost or fully dead, the roots were not packed properly, as a result it died in transit, the packing was ok, but I think the process of preparing for shipping was not managed well.I have ordered several plants before, this one was a disastrous
