Easy to use but powder gets stuck in grooves when emptying
Easy to use. I have wrist issues and have found other pill crushes hard to hold on to and/or to turn, this one is much easier. However I find it is somewhat difficult to make sure all the powder meds is emptied as some stays in the grooves. Since I am working with very small pills for my child it makes me nervous that they would not get their whole dose. I will keep using but if it breaks, I will look to replace with a different style.

Doesn't cut pills straight or perfectly in half
Right out of the box the first pill I tried to cut was cut very asymmetrically, and at an angle! The blade is slightly bent in it's plastic holder, so it's not like I can bend it back easily, but that's besides the point, it's cheap right out of the box! Not the sharpest blade either. And no, I'm not an idiot, I tried multiple times with multiple pills and so did my husband, it's just cheaply made.

It cuts, crushes and stores
Love it. I don’t have to walk around with a spoon and saucer to crush the medicine . It is all in one ! I bought two of these . One in my travel bag and one for everyday use . It crushes really good. Just make sure you don’t shake it around after crushing, since it will cause the powdered medicine to get stuck in the groves .

Sturdy and effective
This little guy is sturdy and it cuts through your pills with NO EFFORT! Same with the bottom side used for when you want to pulverize your pills instead. The only complaint I have is that i wish the brush could fit in the storage side, but it’s very much prone to getting lost.

Pill cutter, crusher, and storage
I had surgery and needed my pills crushed for awhile then cut for awhile. I take various sizes up to a multivitamin...it worked well for me

Doesn’t cut and big & bulky
Pill cutter is terrible. No matter how carefully I line pills up, it either separates in two very uneven pieces, or more frequently, breaks the pill into 3 or 4 pieces with lots of small chunks. Not good when your pill cutting needs to be precise.Also found it to be too big and bulky for traveling use.Would not recommendWould never buy again.

Pretty nice thing.
I need to use this twice a day. This smasher is nicely made and works well. The screwing and unscrewing takes a little while. It helps me.

Meds Get Stuck in Threads
The biggest issue is that the threads are on the inside. This means that the powder gets caught in the threads. And the little brush is practically useless for getting it out. Honestly this crusher is not worth the hassle.
