This tape is SLICK! I made a router sled for planing large slabs and used this tape on the friction areas of the side rails on the sled table and sled. I also used it inside the sled for the router to slide on. Used the router sled and table the other day and it worked fabulously with no binding and allowed me to make quick work of 3 large glue up slabs.Highly recommend this product!

Fantastic slick tape…perfect for reducing friction on my dedicated knife sharpening 1 X 30” Rikon belt sander, used for sharpening knives. Suggested by Cliff at Currey Custom Cutlery. He was spot on and it protects knives being scratched when placed on the sharpening guide. Great USA made product!

We used this on wooden dresser drawers that were difficult to open. We put strips on all surfaces having wood-to-wood contact. It worked very well in reducing friction. The self adhesive worked very well. It has worked for two months. I got the thicker material.

Just what I needed, but shorter than length stated on the label. I needed a dozen lengths of tape 15" long to ease six drawers in and out of a cabinet I'd built. I measured and cut each strip precisely assuming I'd use the entire 15' length with zero waste left over, instead I ended up just slightly 2" short. This is pricy 'Made in USA', you'd think the least they could do is provide their consumers with a full measure of product.

Good product to improve drawer "wood on wood" track sliding

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Our boat has wood doors that slide wood against metal rails. No wheels. Over the years the sliding action became very stiff and required a grease-like lubricant to slide with reasonable effort. But the stuff was messy and could get on deck shoes which would then track the material into the boat. We got a small roll of this thick tape and stuck it down on the track. The wood doors now slide effortlessly and there is zero mess. Not sure how long the tape will last but it's easy to apply so when it wears out we'll just reapply it. Good stuff and glad we found it as it solved what had been a challenging, potentially dangerous problem. Recommended if you have to reduce friction between two sliding surfaces.

I used it to mask parts to prevent glue from sticking to my clamps and wood braces for woodworking glue ups. It works like it should by releasing freely from the glue.

My wife has antique furniture with wooden drawers that stick and do not slide very well. Bought a couple rolls of the tape and now every drawer slides freely. Great product!
