Yes. This is the very design and model Jack gave Jerry Seinfeld. Sorry Jerry won’t have to lean on his elbow to write in bed.

Does this come in a gift box? I see it referenced in one location, but not in another. Want to be certain.

I just received the product last week and it did not come as advertised in a gift box with a pamphlet. It was just blister pack and not presentable for a gift.

Does the pen die from the heat in your pocket?

I have never had the pen fail from heat in the 40 years I have been using this brand & model. I loose them and replace them.
