GREAT NAP PAD FOR HEAVY WETTERS!! 👍🏼
My son is 3 and still in diapers. He’s a HEAVY wetter. He’s long outgrown his trusty night diapers in size 6, so we’ve moved on to pull-up style diapers like Goodnights🤧 for naps and bed time. Normally we use a Super Sposie in his diaper at night (they’re longer and bigger than regular Sposie pads), but I don’t want to waste those on nap diapers. I’ve tried countless other pads, from regular Sposies, Dimples, even giant maxi pads! They’re all thin and don’t absorb well, or they bunch up and roll around inside a pull-up. These are perfect and fit inside his Goodnights well. I flip his diaper inside out and put it in that way.I absolutely love the wider end on the front/top of the pad. They also indicate which side goes in front. Most pads are uniform rectangles and don’t cover the widest area that gets wet…. but these do! Especially helpful for boys, I think. They’re very absorbent, despite the absorbency indicator saying they only have moderate absorption on the package. I think these hold way more than regular Sposies do. We tried one at night, but he ended up with tiny gel beads all over his booty. For that reason, we’ll use these when he’ll be sleeping for shorter periods. Would come in handy for longer car rides, too.Highly recommend these! They’re a decent price and worth every penny.Hope this helps! 👍🏼

Great product! Buy differently and save 50%!!
Bedwetting has been a fixture in our house far too long. Originally GoodNites Underwear was our go-to product. They work great and made the situation manageable. However, the concept of wearing a diaper was not appealing...About 2 years ago we found an underwear insert and started using it. The results were amazing... improved dignity and dry clothes and bedding... The bonus? The cost was about $0.22 a night (GoodNites underwear were about $1/night). When GoodNites released the Absorbent Inserts, we had to try... we expected they'd be better than the product we were using... Much to our surprise, it seems the GoodNites inserts are an identical product to the ones we were using for twice as much money. We looked into it. Here is what we found.1. Both made by the same manufacturer.2. Both about 27 grams of absorbent product3. Both the same back sheet with a very slight difference on the top sheet4. Both almost exactly the same shape and size.5. Both absorb about a cup without leakingYou would maybe ask what we were using... Depend Guards for Men in a 104 pack purchase. We get them on amazon for about $22 a case. It's really nice to get the same protection and save a bunch of money. Thank you Kimberly Clark for bringing sanity to our lives!

Too bulky
I really wanted to love these, but they are so wide and thick that my child refused to wear one more than 30 seconds. The crotch is super wide, which in briefs made quite a bit of the adhesive on both sides stick to their legs.Since I have continence issues I used them to not waste money and it was a rough couple of weeks. Imagine the maxi pads they give you when you give birth, then cut it in a triangle so it gives you a constant wedgie.

Great for older kids
Our son is still having trouble at night at age 8. These inserts make him less embarrassed around his brother. They are very absorbent and dont leak as much as similar products. The only hard thing is that these go out of stock often. They can be very hard to find when you need them. They seems to go out of stock from all retailers at the same time which makes me think it is a manufacturer issue.

These didn't work for us
My 8 year old son is really embarrassed about his night time bed wetting. I thought these would be a less baby-ish way to protect the bed without making him feel like he was in a diaper. Mission FAILED. He woke up SOAKED the three times we tried these pads. Either he pees a river at night or these did nothing. Maybe these will work better for girls since the area where urine is released doesn't shift from the pad. I tried to line two pads along the crotch area and he was still soaked. Night time underwear works better. I wouldn't recommend for boys.

Must be positioned perfectly...
We were really excited about these inserts, and ready to move on from the pull up, Goodnights disposable underwear. Unfortunately, precise positioning is essential, and if the insert slips at all, you can get a major flood... We're going to give this a go for a few more times with extra careful positioning of the inserts in the underwear, but we had to clean everything today (sheets, mattress pad, mattress protector and spray the mattress... I was also disappointed to see that it looks like the price of the disposable underwear has gone up now that these inserts are on the market.

Perfect pad for kids with urinary issues
My kiddo has urinary continence issues and these have been a life saver. He has sensitive skin and these are fuller on the top than a womens pad which has been great and the adhesive has been very helpful. I highly recommend these to any kiddo who has been at least poop trained but needs assistance with urinary issues or training. He’s the size of a six year old and these have been a very affordable alternative
