I would like to order the exact battery as listed, Casil Genuine CA1240 12V 4Ah SLA Alarm Battery. Ii that what will be sent?

I received a Genuine Casil CA1240 12V 4Ah battery (not a no-name brand) when I ordered from AAA Security Depot USA. Amazon itself was out of stock so I chose to buy from AAA Security Depot USA because I had good experiences with them in the past. The battery I was replacing was a genuine Casil battery and it lasted 5 years 9 months.

Information for recharging

The batteries I sell are new and fully charged. They re-charge through the device (alarm panel) that they operate, with electricity from your power outlet.

Do these batteries need to be recharged? I bought it a year ago and was just curious since the battery says 'Recharge after use' on it.

As part of our home alarm system this battery is receiving a continious charge from a DC transformer. When and if the the power fails the alarm system continues to function until the battery discharges or the power returns. The battery usually has a four to six year life. It must be receive a charge repeatedly during and after use during the batterys life just like any rechargable battery.
