Perfect fit despite deliberately ordering wrong size
I got super lucky with these.Largest drill bit I had was 1 ¼“ and I knew when ordering these that they required 1 ⅜“ hole but these were closest to what I wanted and just figured I would use an orbital to enlarge the hole.No need to.These are two part, collar & top. Just ditch the collar and the top with the cable cutout fits perfectly into the hole.Saved me a bunch of work after ordering on a whim.

well made
Used these to run some speaker cables. They look great and were just the right size for my project. One concern I had (which is not unique to these) was that the wire didn't fill the hole in the cover plate nd therefore hot/cold air could leak in (or out) and bugs could use this for access. (This depends on where you are using them, of course.) To address this, I used the same hole-cutter ("drill bit") to create some plugs from a piece 1.5" thick styrofoam. I used a sharp knife to create a slit in the styrofoam plug so that the wires had a place to go. I then pushed it in the hole and put on the cover plate. Done.A couple holes in the wall were a little too big and the fit wasn't snug. (Maybe I didn't hold the drill steady.) If that happens to you, add a small amount of caulk around the flange and you'll be golden. Also, I had one cable plug that was too large to go through the flange hole so I used wire cutters to cut the flange (at which point it broke all the way through. I was able to separate the flange enough to get the cable through it and the large plug on the correct side. You'd never know by looking at it. This is not advised by the manufacturer, but in case you have an "uh oh" moment, that's an option.

Very small.
Expected bigger whole. Ok.

Used on wall to hide cords
Worked well - used to finish out holes in wall to bring a cord from an outlet into the wall and back out behind an electronic piece of art. Did it’s job well.

Fantastic. Would buy again!

great grommet for hole in cabinet
had a new cabinet built in the bathroom and I wanted to run a light cord through the cabinet to a lamp on the vanity. This dressed up the hole that the carpenter made to achieve that goal

These are small and not a standard size for grounded outlets to pass through.
Beware, these are not a standard size grommet. They are too small for a standard ground outlet to pass through. I'm not really sure what these are for.

Just what I needed!
I just installed some serious solar power panels on the roof of my RV, and needed something to create a ceiling pass-through to the interior that would both protect the cables from rubbing, and create a visually attractive way to cover the void. I also wanted something that would keep most of the debris from falling down inside the living cabin as we rolled down the road. After hours searching the Web, I found these generously sized grommets. Beautiful, clean-looking white to match the ceiling, easy to install, and all I had to do to create a large enough hole for two 4AWG cables to pass through was use an X-Acto knife to double the length of the pre-drilled hole. It was a snap, and I'm thrilled with the look.
